I'm on a salad recipe spree. Here's another salad which is easy to make and adds to health.

- Carrots - 2 or 3 (grated_)
- Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
- Lemon juice - 1-2 tsp.
- Salt - as per taste
- Oil - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Procedure:
- In a small kadai, heat oil, temper with mustard seeds, add green chillies. Season the grated carrots with this.
- Add salt as per taste and garnish with lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves
